Users running Microsoft Internet Explorer 10 or 11 may encounter an installation issue when attempting to install the Doc or SlideGeneration add-in from their SharePoint site.

This is the error Internet Explorer 10 or 11 users encounter:

Follow these simple steps:

1) Right-click on your Internet Explorer icon on your Task bar.
2) Select "Run as administrator".

4) Install the product add-in.
