FIXED - Compiler executable file csc.exe cannot be found error message

When trying to connect to a web service via the data source properties window in DocGeneration, the following error might be thrown;

To fix this, install Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 on the user machine that is being used to build the template and add the data source.
